Tecktonik Dance AI Video Maker: Your Photo on the Red Stage, Priced per Clip
Upload one photo and take Cheba Man's place in the viral red-lit Tecktonik reel: the same electro arm wraps, points and sweeps on the same beats, with the crowd filming and the reel's own track underneath. Every model, length and resolution shows its credit price before you start, so you can plan one clip or fifty.

What “Tecktonik dance AI” means in 2026
Tecktonik dance AI is the 2026 trend where one photo of you replaces Cheba Man, the dancer in dark sunglasses and a striped shirt, in his viral reel from a red-lit outdoor party stage. You throw his Tecktonik (electro dance) arm routine on the same beats while the crowd below films on their phones, and the reel's own track plays underneath. On Opus 5.5 Video you upload the photo, pick a model, length and resolution, and get a vertical 9:16 MP4 of 5, 10, 15 or the full 16 seconds.

Tecktonik, also spelled tektonik or tectonic and known as electro dance, is a club dance that took off in Paris around 2006–2007: fast arm circles in front of the face, wrist rolls and sharp freezes on electro house. Clips of it spread across Europe and Russia on early YouTube; a 2008 video of two brothers dancing it in sync in a small room is still the clip people pair with the 2026 version.
The 2026 revival came from Cheba Man's late-May reels, dancing the routine alone on a raised stage under strong red light and festoon bulbs. People reposted it, then started putting themselves on that stage with AI; on TikTok the effect is called Tecktonik Party AI. It is one fixed clip, not a style you describe, which is why this tool works from the reel itself instead of a text prompt.

How to make a Tecktonik dance AI video in three steps
- 01
Add one photo
Pick a sharp photo of one person standing, ideally head to toe with both arms in view. The video takes the face, hair and outfit from it.
- 02
Choose model, length and resolution
The price updates as you choose. Seedance 2.5 is the only model that makes the full 16 seconds; the others make the opening 5, 10 or 15 seconds.
- 03
Generate and download the MP4
Most videos are ready in a few minutes. The finished file has the original track and is already 9:16, so it goes straight to TikTok, Reels or Shorts.
What one Tecktonik AI video costs, per clip and per batch
Credits per video for every model, resolution and length this page offers. A dash means the model can't make that length.
| Model | Resolution | 5 s | 10 s | 15 s | 16 s |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Seedance 2.0 Mini | 480p | 6 | 12 | 17 | — |
| Seedance 2.0 Mini | 720p | 12 | 24 | 36 | — |
| Seedance 2.0 Fast | 480p | 12 | 24 | 36 | — |
| Seedance 2.0 Fast | 720p | 26 | 52 | 78 | — |
| Seedance 2.0 | 480p | 21 | 41 | 61 | — |
| Seedance 2.0 | 720p | 44 | 87 | 130 | — |
| Seedance 2.0 | 1080p | 109 | 218 | 326 | — |
| Seedance 2.5 | 480p | 30 | 59 | 88 | 93 |
| Seedance 2.5 | 720p | 66 | 131 | 196 | 209 |
| Seedance 2.5 | 1080p | 116 | 232 | 348 | 371 |
| MiniMax H3 | 720p | 29 | 58 | 87 | — |
You pay for the finished length only. A video that fails, or a photo the Seedance 2.5 review rejects, returns its credits.
Budgeting for 10 or 50 videos
A batch is just the per-clip price times the number of clips; there is no volume discount and no setup fee. The dollar column uses monthly-plan credit prices ($0.0471–$0.050 per credit).
| Setting | 1 video(s) | 10 video(s) | 50 video(s) | 50 videos in USD |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Seedance 2.0 Mini · 5 s · 480p | 6 | 60 | 300 | $14.14–$15.00 |
| MiniMax H3 · 15 s · 720p | 87 | 870 | 4350 | $205.07–$217.50 |
| Seedance 2.5 · 16 s · 480p | 93 | 930 | 4650 | $219.21–$232.50 |
| Seedance 2.5 · 16 s · 1080p | 371 | 3710 | 18550 | $874.50–$927.50 |
Plan for a few retries: a photo that doesn't work the first time costs another run. Testing each new photo at 5 seconds on the cheapest model first keeps those retries cheap.
Credit packs start at $5 for 50 credits and monthly plans at $9. The full 16 s reel at 480p fits in the $19 pack (250 credits) or the $9 monthly plan (180 credits).

Best settings for TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts
All three apps play vertical 9:16 video, which is what you get here. What changes is how hard each one recompresses your upload.
| Where it goes | Pick | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Test run or private chat | Seedance 2.0 Mini, 5 s, 480p | The cheapest way to see whether a photo works before spending more |
| TikTok | Seedance 2.5, 16 s, 480p or 720p | The full routine; on a phone screen 720p looks clean after TikTok's compression |
| Instagram Reels | Seedance 2.5, 16 s, 720p | Reels compresses 480p visibly; 720p keeps the arm moves sharp |
| YouTube Shorts | Seedance 2.5 or 2.0, 1080p | 1080p keeps more detail after YouTube's recompression, so fast arm moves blur less |
Upload the MP4 you download, not a screen recording or a re-export from another editor: each extra encode softens the fast hand movements first.
Template, motion transfer or a prompt? Four ways to make a Tecktonik AI clip
Tecktonik is too specific to describe in words. The approaches below differ mainly in where the dance moves come from.
| Approach | Examples | Gets Cheba Man's routine? | Original track | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fixed-reference template | This page, TryH3, Tecktonik Party, EAST.IM | Yes, the reel is built in | Kept here; varies by site | Recreating the trend exactly from one photo |
| Motion transfer | Viggle, Kling Motion Control | Only if you supply a clean copy of the reel | Usually added afterwards | Your own choreography or another dance video |
| Image-to-video prompt | Runway, Pika, Luma | No, you get generic club dancing on an invented stage | No | Stylised mood clips where the exact moves don't matter |
| Phone app template | CapCut and TikTok effects | Depends on the template version | Depends on the template | Quick edits on a phone when a template is available |

Making one for someone else: old photos, birthdays and one clip per friend
A Tecktonik clip of your dad, a friend or a whole group works well as a birthday or party surprise. The photo matters more than the model, so prepare it first.
Using an old or printed photo
- Scan or photograph the print flat, in daylight, without glare, and crop it to the one person.
- A full-length photo gives the most natural legs and shoes. From a waist-up photo the model has to invent the lower half.
- The video copies the outfit and colours in the photo. Restore or colourise a faded print first if you want a modern look.
- Test it at 5 seconds on the cheapest model, then make the full 16 s once the face reads right.
One clip per friend
The reel has one dancer, so each video replaces one person. For a group, crop each friend into their own photo, make one clip each and join them in any editor as a sequence or split screen. The batch table above shows the total before you start.
Ask the person before you upload their photo and tell them where the video will be posted. Don't use photos of children, strangers or public figures.
Before you post: monetisation, the song and your photo's privacy
Can you post it on a monetised channel?
Posting your own clip is fine. Earning from it is less simple: the soundtrack is a commercial recording and the stage comes from Cheba Man's footage, so platforms can match it and send a claim or share the revenue with the rights holder. For ads or sponsored posts, swap the audio for a track you have rights to.
Which song is it?
The reel plays “Love Is Gonna Save Us” by Benny Benassi, and the finished MP4 keeps that audio from the original reel. On TikTok and Reels you can also mute it and pick the sound from the in-app music library, which those apps license.
What happens to the photo you upload
The photo is stored under your account at an unguessable address and is never shown on a public page. It is sent to the video model provider (through APIMart) only to make your video. Finished videos appear in your own history on this page.

Tecktonik dance AI questions
- How much would 50 Tecktonik AI videos cost for a campaign?
- Multiply the per-clip price by 50. At the default setting (Seedance 2.5, full 16 s, 480p) that is 4650 credits, about $219.21–$232.50 at monthly-plan credit prices; 15-second clips on MiniMax H3 at 720p come to 4350 credits. Leave room for a few retries, and test new photos at 5 seconds first.
- What is the cheapest way to make one if I only have an old laptop?
- Everything runs in the cloud, so any browser on a laptop or phone works. The cheapest video is 6 credits (Seedance 2.0 Mini, 5 seconds, 480p), and new accounts' gift credits can cover it. Free-account videos carry a small moving watermark.
- Can I use my dad's old photo for a birthday Tecktonik video?
- Yes, if he's fine with it. Scan the print sharply, crop it to him alone and prefer a full-length shot so the legs and shoes look natural. The video keeps the clothes and colours of the photo, so restore a faded print first if you want it to look current.
- Why does my clip look soft after I upload it to YouTube Shorts, and which resolution should I pick?
- Shorts recompresses every upload, and fast arm moves suffer first. Make the video at 1080p on Seedance 2.5 or 2.0, upload the downloaded MP4 directly and avoid re-exporting it from another editor or screen recording it.
- Can I post the video on a monetised YouTube channel?
- You can post it, but the audio is a commercial recording and the stage comes from Cheba Man's reel, so a rights holder can claim the video or its ad revenue. For monetised or sponsored use, replace the audio with a track you are licensed to use.
- What happens to the photo I upload?
- It is stored under your account at an unguessable address, sent to the video model provider only to make your video, and never shown on a public page. Upload only photos you have the right to use.
- Can my photo dance something other than Tecktonik?
- Yes. The same site has other photo-to-dance templates, including Alors on Danse, Bulin 47, APT, Raindance, Rumpelstiltskin and Bad Times; each page works the same way with its own clip and prices.
Opus 5.5 Video is independent and not affiliated with Cheba Man, Spinnin' Records, Benny Benassi, TikTok or the other tools named here. Results depend on the photo; there is no guarantee of an exact likeness.
