Acceptance of Terms

By using Opus 5.5 Video you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

Opus 5.5 Video turns a text prompt into a short video. Claude Opus 5.5, a model made by Anthropic, plans the video and writes it as animation code in a sandbox, and our servers render that code into an MP4. The service is an independent tool: it is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Anthropic. Claude and Opus are trademarks of Anthropic.

Videos are generated by an AI model. They can contain mistakes, and the same prompt can produce a different result each time. Check a video before you publish or rely on it.

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, with reasonable notice where possible.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
• Make content that impersonates a real person or organization, or that presents a brand you have no right to use as your own.
• Make content that is sexually explicit, that promotes hatred or violence against people, that gives instructions for weapons or self-harm, or that is designed to deceive.
• Attempt to access our systems, the sandbox or other users' data without authorization, or to interfere with the service.

A prompt that breaks these rules may be refused before any work starts, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly break them.

Your Prompts and Videos

You keep the rights you have in the prompts and materials you supply. You are responsible for having the right to use any names, text, logos and linked pages you put in a prompt.

You may download and use the videos you generate, subject to these terms and the law. Videos made before an account's first purchase carry a watermark. Specific commercial-use terms have not been published yet; if you need written confirmation for commercial use, contact us before relying on a purchase for it.

You give us permission to store and process your prompts and videos as needed to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Credits, Payment and Refunds

• Videos are paid for with credits. A video starts with a small charge, more is charged only as the work goes on, and the total never exceeds the limit shown for its length.
• Credits charged ahead and not used by a finished video are returned to your balance. If a video fails, every credit it was charged is returned automatically.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Gift and reward credits may have an expiry date and cannot be used for video generation.
• Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Payments are handled by the payment provider shown there.
• Refunds of payments are reviewed case by case. Write to support@opusvideogen.com with your account email and order reference.

Intellectual Property

The site, the generator and their original content are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. These terms do not give you rights in them beyond using the service.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise that a video will match your expectations, be free of errors or be suitable for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

When these terms change in a way that matters, we update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, tell you through the service or by email.
