Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing in one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and credits you have received stay in your balance.

Do my credits expire?

Credit packs never expire. Subscription credits are added at the start of each billing period. Settings → Credits lists every grant with its expiry date, if it has one.

Do failed videos use up my credits?

No. If a video fails, every credit it was charged goes straight back to your balance. Credits charged ahead and not used by a finished video come back too.

Should I pick a subscription or a credit pack?

Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly and suit regular posting. Credit packs are a single payment with credits that never expire, which suits occasional use.

Are taxes included, and can I get an invoice?

Prices are in US dollars and the amount shown at checkout is what you pay; your bank may add its own currency fees. Invoices for your payments are listed under Settings → Payments.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards. Depending on your device and region, checkout may also offer wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.

I paid but my credits haven't shown up. What now?

Credits are added after payment confirmation. Refresh the page and check Settings → Payments. If a confirmed payment is still missing credits, contact support with your payment email and order details.

What if my payment fails?

Check the payment status before trying again. If a payment is pending or your bank shows a charge, check Settings → Payments and contact support before making another purchase.

Is paying here secure?

Payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. Your card details go directly to the provider and never touch our servers.
